Reporting
Anyone can report a store at https://123cart.in/page/report or by email to support@123cart.in. Include the store address and what you saw. Do not include passwords or full payment card or bank details.
Investigation
We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. We may review the store, its orders and its verification records, contact the merchant, and keep records of what we found and decided.
Actions we may take
Depending on severity, we may warn the merchant, require changes, block new orders, unpublish or suspend the store, terminate the account, preserve records, and report illegal activity to the authorities. In urgent cases (for example phishing or fraud) we may act before contacting the merchant.
Appeals
A merchant who disagrees with a decision can appeal within 15 days by writing to support@123cart.in with the store address and the reasons. A person not involved in the original decision will review the appeal, and we will tell you the outcome.
